Description
Provides palliative and hospice care to seriously ill patients and their families throughout southeastern Michigan. Care is provided by a team of trained caregivers in patient homes, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, as well as at the Arbor Hospice Residences in Ann Arbor and Saline. A variety of grief support groups are offered to patient families and the community. A Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) accredited
