Offer special rates for customers who communicate primarily by text messaging or video calling. Ofers low income customers a discount on their monthly land or wireless/mobile/cell phone bill. Offers a Directory Assistance Exemption Program for 411 calls.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Fees vary, discoutned services. Plans typically include: real-time text messaging, email, internet access, and video calling. Not for use on tablets. AT&T Lifeline offers low income customers a discount on their monthly land or wireless cell phone bill.
