Description
Provides affordable transportation to everyone in need. Provides door-to-door services in the Chelsea area and Dexter school district. Lifeline Community Van service is available for Chelsea residents for medical appointments.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Community Connector connects with AAATA at Meijer on Jackson/Zeeb Road in Ann Arbor. Wheelchair lifts or ramps are available.
