Description

Radio Reading/Audio Information Service for people with disabilities/ A special service of WDET 101.9 FM and Wayne State University. Specially build recievers are loaned free of charge to qualified applicants.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Serves Southeast Michigan residents. An applicant must be 1) registered with a Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped or 2) certified by a qualified healthcare provider such as doctor, social worker or rehabilitation counselor.
