Description

Free legal assistance to low income adults 60+ who are financially aligible. Offers services from information to formal legal representation in housing, family law, public benefits (Social Security, Medicare,Medicaid, SSI, etc.), power of attourney, guardianship, wills, nursing home issues, and consumer issues.

Eligibility based on income. Cannot accept fee-generating or criminal cases. Arrangements for specific accommodations are available.
