A program of the Michigan Dental Association, the Michigan Donated Dental Services (DDS) program has provided more than $23.3 million in free comprehensive dental treatment since 1995.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Must have permanent disability or be age 65+ or have a chronic health condition. Must meet income requirements or not have dental insurance.
