Hospice care is provided in the home, at the hospital, in assisted living, or at the nursing
home. Serves Washtenaw County through Arbor Hospice. A member of “We Honor Veterans.”
Provides support groups.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Will not turn clients away due to inability to pay. Does not serve mid Michigan.
