Offers assessment and psychological services to older adults concerned about their brain health and their family members; focus on improving relationships and quality of life.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Recruiting for people 55 or older who have a specific diagnosis or are concerned about cognitive loss, as well as their family members. Can see people under 55 on a case-by-case basis. Family members must be at least 18 years old. Accept cash, credit card (including HSA cards), or check for in-person services. Telehealth services are paid for online; accepted forms of online payment include credit cards and HSA accounts.
