Additional Eligibility Requirements
Consumers Affordable Resource for Energy (CARE) plan – a portion of the monthly
bill is paid and past due balances are gradually forgiven for on-time payments.
Winter Protection Plan – pay partial charges during winter months
Electric Senior Citizen Bill Credits – income assistance credit when on fixed income
