Get free eye screening and prevent
vision loss with this collaborative
program from Michigan Medicine
and the Hope Clinic. Also offers free/low cost glasses.

Additional Eligibility Requirements
Can not have acute eye problems or be pregnant. Must be able to physically come to the Hope Clinic. Must be able to attend initial appointment (1 hr.) and follow up appointment a month later (30 min-1hr). Information shared for research purposes.
